"Really accurate transcripts"
I’ve used Trint for a few interview recordings, the accuracy was better than I expected. It caught most of the words correctly even when there was some background noise, so I only had to make a few small edits here and there. I can see this being really helpful for other customers who need quick, reliable transcripts without spending ages cleaning them up.

"Worked fine, but wasn’t quick enough for my deadline"
The transcript itself turned out okay, so I can’t really complain about the quality. But I went into it assuming the turnaround would be fast, and it took longer than I expected. For me, that’s a big deal because I was trying to get something done on a deadline, and the waiting threw off my plan a bit. I’d say it works, but if you’re in a rush, it might not be the best option.

"Export options are kinda limited"
The export feature does work fine, so no big complaints there. I just wish there were more options to choose from becuase it feels a bit limited right now.

"Good overall, but the integrations feel a little clunky"
It works well for getting transcripts done, no real issue there. The only annoying part is when we try to move that stuff into our usual workflow tools. It’s not broken or anything, it just takes more clicks and poking around than it feels like it should

"From what I remember, updating my plan..."
From what I remember, updating my plan was quick and painless. I didn’t have to deal with any confusion or back-and-forth, and the billing stuff got sorted without any drama.

"Pretty good app, just kinda slow here and there"
I use it on my phone and it works fine for the most part. Every now and then the loading takes a bit longer than I’d like, especially when I’m trying to get to that one part quickly. Not a huge deal, but it’s noticeable.

"Translations still need a lot of cleanup"
i mean, trint was okay for translating a few interviews, but it definitely wasn’t something I could just trust and move on from. Some of the straightforward lines came out fine, but idioms, names, and more natural phrasing got awkward. I ended up spending way too much time fixing things afterward, so for me it didn’t really feel worth it.

"I’ve had a hard time getting audio and..."
I’ve had a hard time getting audio and video files to upload properly. Sometimes they fail, and other times they just seem to sit there for a really long time. I ended up retrying quite a few times, which got frustrating. I like the idea of the tool, but the upload process could definitely be smoother.

"Maybe not worth the price"
I’m not totally sure if it’s just me, but this feels a bit too expensive for what it does. The results were okay, I guess, but not really enough to make the cost feel worth it for me.

"Custom vocabulary has been really reassuring"
I was a little worried Trint would struggle with all our unusual names and internal terms, but adding them to the custom vocab has made a big difference. It’s not perfect and I still have to clean up a few bits here and there, but it catches enough that I feel a lot more confident using it and it saves me a ton of editing time.

"Super easy editor"
I mostly use trint to clean up transcripts. The editor is simple. Find a word. Play the audio. Make a quick edit. Done. Took me maybe 10 minutes to figure it out. Really happy with it.

"Support came through really quickly"
I didn’t expect to get help that fast, but support jumped in quickly and actually knew what they were doing. I was sitting there thinking, okay, this might take forever, but nope, they were really helpful and made the whole thing easy.

"I used Trint to make captions for..."
I used Trint to make captions for a few videos, and honestly... it saved me so much time!! I still had to make a couple little edits here and there, but it was way easier than doing everything manually. Super helpful, and made the whole subtitle thing way less annoying!!!

"Pretty handy for team collaboration"
I’ve been using it to share transcripts with my team, and it’s been super easy. There were a couple tiny things I had to get used to at first, but nothing major at all, it ended up being really straightforward and helpful for working together.

"I tried trint on a handful of..."
I tried trint on a handful of work recordings after a week where I had way too many notes to sort through manually. Getting the files uploaded was painless, and the transcripts came back well enough that I could quickly find the parts I needed. I also liked being able to delete the files once I was finished, which made me feel a little better.
That said, I never fully settled into using it without thinking twice. Some of our recordings include client names and project details, and while I’m sure the privacy information is there somewhere, it felt like I had to go digging to really understand what was happening with the data.

For regular interviews or general meeting notes, I’d probably use it again because it does save time. But if something was especially sensitive, I’d pause before uploading it. Overall, it’s a useful tool, just not one I’m totally relaxed about yet. 3 stars from me

"Instantly useful for tracking speakers"
My snap judgment: this saved me a ton of time. It figured out who was talking almost perfectly, which made going through everything way easier.
